Reason(s) why we should unban you:
Well step following the last race car was one that had a tuning in uranus. Lueder enter the car tuner step after the other race in this case series 4 and I stay with the tuning menu gave enter to exit and then left in arch angels then I gave / race and it was still moving then I could start there are bike and ban me, I just say two things one I use cheats not only was a server bug which gave me that CONDITION and banking but the other is that you please give me too fun unban also serve as I have to plead guilty if I do it for the server deserves to be there, and if you please also could prove my innocence if the bug and remove it

hmm. 
It sounds like he was in tuning garage, had menu displayed then he did /race and someway he was able to move before race started and was banned.

very rare bug, considering andre's story bug is possible. wait for some admin to unban you and i am sorry, never saw such a bug

Why lock? Why no one explained why he`s unbanned?
How the bug happend?
And is the bug fixed yet?

Unfortunatly, we can't control/handle mod shop menu's.  If the player is viewing the modshop menu and the next race starts, he'll be synced inside the modshop.

Fix: Ummm.  We can detect if the player is in a modshop though, because of the fix for all players to enter a modshop that I coded.

Maybe send player to stunt, if he is in modshop. Yeh that'll work nicely.

i asked Love to unban him, because i let _Andre_ evades so i can monitor him a bit. after half an hour of speccing him i havent seen anything weird, so considering his story i think that was just a bug.
