Muted on server restart

Sometimes after a restart, a player is muted.  I know we can't talk for 15 seconds, but sometimes if we do talk, we arn't unmuted.

I couldn't figure out where the bug comes from.

Got that problem it hapens to me all the time when the server restart!

Why would you?

Not being harsh, but you can easily /unmute yourself.
