Sometimes after a restart, a player is muted.  I know we can't talk for 15 seconds, but sometimes if we do talk, we arn't unmuted.

I couldn't figure out where the bug comes from.

Not being harsh, but you can easily /unmute yourself.

That's the bug, it doesn't end for some players. They have to /PM and admin and ask for an unmute :L

Needs sorting, doesn't always happen, it's a bit like the ID4 bug we have awhile back.
