Lemme tell the situation in Lithuania. About 70 percents of people using same internet connection like mine (UAB Teo), that's the problem with the IP, because that connection IP also starts with 78.xx.xx.xx, and the other way is that IP got changed when the headquarters of this comunication TEO be in trouble when the bolt hit the HQ, and internet were off for few mins, then IP automatical got changed. And I swear that it's a coincidence with the IP 78.61.xx.xx and the same name like mines.:)

One more thing that a lot of people got the same nickname in Lithuania, that's the point with that name.

lol max, you banned him for evading, you should have some good explanation and proofs.
And btw i saw kentas having different IP ranges, so i think he is telling us truth.
