I noticed a difference between 0.3c and 0.3d, havent played some time due do being busy and failing to complete some map..

Differences:
Serversided FPS, I notice overall lower FPS when running the game between 90 and 120 FPS. (in 0.3c my FPS was 120 static)
@Start, no more hitting the cars infront you when pressing fulll gass when start behind pos 1or2 as pos 3or4.

I think that SAMP will make a fix for this.

And prob. abusing FPS if u get more then 100 in 0.3d
