samp freezing

Hey, i have problem.
Since i installed 0.3d my samp freezing (sometimes) when objects or buildings are loading (i play on low draw distance). I have reinstalled GTA SA but this is happening again. I lost many time while freezing. :-\

Quite a strange problem.  Other players don't appear to be having similar problems, it must a PC conflict.

Could try this:  (always backup files)

Delete My Documents / Gta San Andreas
Uninstall Gta & Samp
Delete Program Files / Rockstar Games / Gta San Andreas
Install Gta & Samp
Defrag harddrive

I have SAMP freezing as well, but not cause of buildings, my reason is unknown and it takes like 1-30 seconds.. it's very strange.

Same but I'm not 100% sure that objects cause problem. :(

I know where the problem is. When i turn /myradio on then freezing sometimes. Any1 know how to fix it? Dont tell me that dont turn it on. :L
