Ok, ppl I need to solve this problem. He is my cousin, he leaves 3 miles from me, and I know him as long as i remember. He doesn't use any cheats, any lamp mods perfect handling. Believe me, I also hate cheaters, but he doesn't use it. He can't install it. He just good player (yes it's true) and has a good PC. I know it may be hard to believe but it's true. And remember also that /spec isn't the same what u see on screen when u drive your car, just /spec any other good player. Decision depends on you. I think good players shouldn't be banned. And I know that i can have also some kind of problems, cause anyway u thought he cheats, but i knew when he played, but believe me, he doesn't cheats...

bucha_bucha/black_hawk hacked my account guys. pleaze belive me i'm not cheater i wanna play here, on this mooman photo it was also him on videos too, i'm not cheater, i know i can play really good, why should i use cheats, i was in 2f2f, on Morgi account, great clan i don't want finish with samp, i love racing... any my pc, i know it isn't the worst...
bucha lives also near steven and me and thats why he is doing it, he thinks im a child and he can do to me everything he wants... he was  stevens best friend but he did sth to him also, dont know what but he paid for this what he did to me and steven.. pleaze let me play...i dont want anything more

Hard to believe he hacked your 3 or 4 accounts on this server....You are total dumb or he is professional hacker.Just not believe in your story.

Well I don´t know if I should be stickin my nose into this, but when I had the new script I could see everyone´s password and indeed his password is his user, and several users also made things like that(I will not say who for security reasons hehe) and also things like password, pass, 1234, stuff like that and hackers know many people use passwords like that.
