Voting will close at the end of the month. I'll put this in the first post.
As for when this should be, I don't really know. One month won't make much of a difference I would think, I done it at this time again mainly cause last years was around this time, but I didn't have a reason why I started doing it in Nov last year. :D

Yeah, like Ush said. Basically if someone has more than one vote in a category, I will just leave that vote out of the final results. It's okay if you can't decide and have two votes in one category.
