Again, this "fresh" admin [2F2F]Merc doesn't know what's the difference betwen being a protector of the server rules, and using the admin level just for his own "protection".
Again, I didn't insult nobody, I didn't break no rules, and mister Merc here banned me for 192 hour just because he doesn't like me.

I talked to him nicely (like you will see in the screenshot) to stop abusing his powers to kick me, just because he doesn't like me.




It's not fair what Merc is doing, just because he has the admin level, doesn't mean he can ban kick or mute someone who he doesn't like.
I want his admin removed (at least just temporary so he can learn those differences)

after that... BOOOOM. Merc couldnt control himself and banned me, for no reason AGAIN

There is no rule back up what ever you say ... being an admin doesn't mean you can ban who ever you want... and if you do you should be punished.

I spoke very nice with Merc but he's rage made him put the command first then think. Well, I can do the hours, ain't no thing, BUT mooman or who ever is in charge with selecting admins should look a lot more carefully when they are about to pick up those persons that put their rage first and their thinking second.

APEXi had a problem doing nice on the server against several players, so in my opinion a tempban was coming. Merc did right by giving you a week ban.

it depends on the admin really. when people insult me i usually just don't respond and they will go away, otherwise ill mute them.

if merc wants to ban you, that's his choice.

uhm, yes? since we live in a democratic world, with the right to say everything you want EXCEPT racism and religion stuff i think is ok.  RULES just are a limit on how far can you go. If you get over that limit then you got to face the consequences.

and cromelli when you are with your friends, and they make fun of you and annoy you.. what do you do? you start beating on your friends?? I guess not


And now this discussion is gone too far. The fact is that MERC shouldn't have banned me, cause I didn't flame him. He abused his powers to make me shut up and that's it. I talked to Ush and he admitted that he abused so... I don't care about me getting banned, I want his admin level removed, because he can't handle it, and I've proved to you that his rage will always win and he will /ban people for his own good.

Bad attitude Apexi.

I'd like to think we all get a say in who is admin and who isn't.  After all, that's how we make new admins, so why shouldn't it be how we remove them.

Slowdoh has been an admin for years(s).

I hate drama and silly arguments, this might be wrongful ban, but you're helping things by picking fights after you were temp banned. It was for 8 days, just chillout and have a week off from the server.

It is not like I/we can prove APEXi/Merc is right. Things happend and we got ourselves a topic of 4 pages which more looks like a mudfight than a discussing.

Going to lock this topic and let me/other admins hear if there are problems from both sides, please.
