It's so colourful! Thank god it's not going to be horrible looking like GTA IV, so excited! Lets hope they release it on PC not too long after the console releases! A few observations from my friend and I:

A dog at the start; could mean that there will be pets etc roaming the city.

Two women checking out two men as they pass, hussler looking guy, amazing looking homeless; much better npc's.

A man on a jet ski; possible vehicle.

Modern cars; timeline is close to current day.

Rural areas, mountains, wind farm; all suggest plenty of countryside to roam, unlike GTA IV.

Cropduster and Jet; posible player controlled planes again.

This just came in my mind:
1st trailer showing us LS, that we can easly see...
2nd and 3rd (if) trailer CAN BE showing, not mentioned for now, San Fierro or Las Venturas...
