mta:IV was quite easier to make(until the state it has ever gotten) cuz default multiplayer made quite good sync base.

GTA IV MP is full of cheaters and noobs, they can spawn +100 boats and crash the match. I hope there won't be any trainers/mods/cheats for V MP.

well iv-mp is kind of doomed, developers admit that they did it wrong at the beginning, that given information by kye (i've no idea what information) was lies, and the mod cant be fixed/updated well without a complete rewite that noone is going to do.
