1969 or 1970 Ford Mustang (hard to tell without checking front)
I bet 1970, coz 1969 almost always had small air vents in rear fenders, this one lacks them, this make me think it's 1970.
289 High Performance V8, probably from earlier Mustangs models.
Of course, Ford Mustang 'Pony' wheels.

Nice to see this generation of Mustang without overused stripes and spoiler (unlike Boss 302)
