How to reduce video size recording with Fraps?
They took too much place in HDD and uploading in youtube take a lot of time :-\ recorded videos from my phone are in better quality (bigger resolution) and dont take so much place

Examples:
00:02:44 1920x1080 255 MB - recorded videos with my phone
00:02:07 1440x900 2.58 GB - recorded videos with fraps

In fraps:
- Lower the resolution
- Lower the framerate

To go much further you need an editing/converting software such as Virtual dub, which can compress your videos into .avi or .mp3 files and dramatically reduce the size. (depending on the bitrate you pick)
You need codecs for this (xvid, divx, h264..)

If you are lazy, you can just use xfire, which compresses by itself the recorded videos. (You can later find the compressed video in program files/xfire/videos)
