I reccomend Sygate firewall, it lets you decide what gets access to the internet. It doesn't really use much CPU and never ever makes my PC lag.
Sygate Free. Google it.

Antivirus program+Firewall just to clean pc and protect you untill you trying fix problems on your pc.Must change password on your msn account and on that polish comunicator what you using as you see your pc is hacked.So i am sure some spy is on your hard disk.Do full scan on your hard disk with Kaspersky then reinstall system(windows).My advice if you have nothing important on your pc do format hard disk and install new system.Best solution for you.
