infernus top speed 125.55?

Pesadilla:
a few days ago I saw a post that had the maximum vehicle speed.

But I could speed up an average of 124 Mph  infernus valanced the vehicle.
played on a server that had a speedometer. and saw this:

forum on this server and I always had a response to such problems.
if they'd appreciate an explanation.

i could say even faster, on few speedometers got top speed of 137 mph (221-222km/h)
