You will find all leaked/first looks posted at gtaforums. There have been no pictures nor location give aways.
People are thinking that at the 4th of August will be an announcement.

I watched whole E3 this year. Many analitists said that GTA IV as well as Max Payne 3 are in the high priority development status. However I don't believe any crappy screen from other sources than confirmed GTA V ones.
