5Zigen [Banned]

Two people reported 5Zigen, they said he did appear faster at start grid, more faster than most.
I did spectate him, then joined him in his vehicle.
He did seem slightly faster, but I think this is like FSR Michal. Michal is faster than most at grid.
Also, 5Zigen seems to have incredible ping. 50. That is excellent.
Because this is SA-MP, lag (PC and NET) plays a HUGE part in max speed of vehicle.
5Zigen, if you want any sort of chance to play at AdrenalineX, please post your PC stats here.

hmm i live in the netherlands i heard something like the host is in germany(im not sure) cuz germany is my neighbour.
My CPU : i found on DXDIAG Processor : intel pentium 4 2.50ghz
RAM 1280 mb
Graphics : mine sux Nvidia FX 5200
EDIT : Im home now i hope you guys can unban the ip i posted and ban mine cuz it wont be fair to my cousin.
