where is UK server hosted? plz tell me

Two people reported 5Zigen, they said he did appear faster at start grid, more faster than most.
I did spectate him, then joined him in his vehicle.
He did seem slightly faster, but I think this is like FSR Michal. Michal is faster than most at grid.
Also, 5Zigen seems to have incredible ping. 50. That is excellent.
Because this is SA-MP, lag (PC and NET) plays a HUGE part in max speed of vehicle.

hmm i live in the netherlands i heard something like the host is in germany(im not sure) cuz germany is my neighbour.
My CPU : i found on DXDIAG Processor : intel pentium 4 2.50ghz
RAM 1280 mb
Graphics : mine sux Nvidia FX 5200
EDIT : Im home now i hope you guys can unban the ip i posted and ban mine cuz it wont be fair to my cousin.

Explain me how you are faster then other people on server with that crapy pc?
Maybe i am blind but you are like 50m ahead of all after 5 sec.Is that possible without speed hax i don't think so?
Just tell us what you have in your car,new engine or some kind of nitro?
The PC specs i posted is from mine pc. on the pc where i got banned is 10 times better then mine
im not sure what he got exactly but i know he haves some ati with 512 mb, 4 gb ram his ghz i dont know.
Like i sad can u unban the ip i posted and ban mine cuz i can play there now.
