Pedestrians and Civilians

I just thought of an idea.  Since on some maps there are allready bots, maybe its possible to add more of them that actually effect the racing. Such as pedestrians that might ram into you or civilians that may even try to kill you while you are racing. I understand that this may be hard to do, but if it is possible then it would make alot of the races much more enjoyable.

Rac3r had a map with bots on it. They flew around in military stuff and others shot at random spots, sometimes killing people.

We would need another mode. Hard tho since it's recording human behaviour.
