the system cromiell made isn't ideal (it uses dialogs which are a bit annoying since you can't do anything else while they're on the screen) so i will have to make some changes before adding. if we're going to be using this for deciding what to do with races though i will re-suggest my previous idea of a rating system for all races that would be available to any players with a score of 10k. by looking at a race's ratings, an admin could easily decide what to do with that race. some examples:

2 stars x12
3 stars x2
4 stars x0
5 stars x0
^ hated race, delete
1 star x31
2 stars x14
3 stars x8
4 stars x15
5 stars x22
^ controversial race, something like a hydra race or really hard stunt race. even though it has a lot of people that don't like it, i think a race like this should be kept cos so many people enjoy it. if we try to only have races that everyone likes, we end up with boring, easy races. you can't please everyone
plus i think this is where a voting system would fail. 70% of people would vote to delete in a Yes/No system and a great race would be lost.
