I did a mistake 2 posts ago, it's actually the profile names that are used for friend lists, not the account name.

And in a multiplayer game, if you want to play with a different team than your default one, you need to have stars (you get 0.5 after each game I think, and some everyday maybe), as many as the level of the selected team shown with stars :/
