2 years is a lot of time indeed!
To tell you the truth i know him from another server being in admin team for couple of years and now knows how mature he acts and he is! He is even leader of one big community of a famous server and that's need a lot of effort and maturty.
Most people are noobs and make mistakes at the beggining but time after time they got more mature and they completely change! It's one of these occassions!
Never evaded or caused any problems is another point of showing maturity!
So i would say for an unban, being 100% sure for not taking a wrong decision!

Wondering why leaders of huge community servers are not sticky to their places anymore.
Anyway on topic It's okey for me to make his account unbanned. 2 years are enough and this thread looks "more mature".
