questions about changes in cars

Pesadilla:
Hi, I have a question about visual changes in vehicles.
currently downloading the files, but before installing them wanted to know if it indirectly affects vehicle handling characteristics.
Do not know much about it.
files are "infernus.dff" and infernus (TXD)

this infernus looks like FireBox's car mod but better install mods from topics above (you will find exactly same)
