I can. Luke is a popular Lithuanian name, probably the player who received the ban, his name is Luke, too, because he was connected with that nickname.

What can I say. You can't be sure if he's lying or not. Lots of same range IPs and names here in Lithuania. It can be 50/50 that he's ban evading. But from my experience, I think that is just a misunderstanding.

Here are some examples of IP ranges here that have many bans: 78.58 / 78.63 

All in all, either we're voting for his innocence or just leave him banned.

Ir logiškai mąstant, jeigu būčiau gavęs baną su Lukas, tai kam man vėl žaisti su tuo pačiu. Nesuprantu niekaip. Nepatikęs čia tikriausiai niekad, lietuviams galima sakyti neįmanoma čia pažaisti.  :(
