Here's how I set up the .ini file:

framedelay 0
framelimit 105
maxaipeds 100
maxaivehicles 120
stencilshadowopacity 8
licenseplatefiltering 2
nocullreflections
noblackroads
noblur
nocolfx
noflashes
noheathaze
noclouds
notargetblip

And the mod is working perfectly with no pain.

what snoopy said. don't put framedelay that low. under 14 is fine, since that would be just 60fps in perfect case, but never drop under 8-6.

Let me see karlis if I get any improvements with 14, I sometimes have constant 100 FPS then goes down to 65 or somewhere near that.
