i have frame limiter ON...
with this on (and the mod) i have a stable 60fps (or a maximum of 61 :L)... without the mod i had between 20 and 40... lol
i've been testing my game with the mod and without frame limiter and without it i had between 85 and 130fps, so to not have more than 100fps, i will have frame limiter always on  :)

Yeah, that's true. Blacko abuses this mod.

I'm not going to use this mod as imo it's unfair.
