We don't have any evidence that it happend. Who are we to judge about something that might not even have happened? Why can we say 'guilty until proven innocent'? Shouldn't it be otherwise? 'Innocent until proven guilty'?

I want Phil Ivey to participate because it's his right, I believe in his innocence like we all should do. Nermal isn't even participating right, so Phil can do this tourney without any of us doubting about his innocence.
