It's not about having more posts, but being able to get more than one person in the discussion. Anyway, if you don't want the other players to know that you disrepect the rules, try to respect them...

I say permban for him, if he can't respect anybody why should we care about him? And maybe ask again for an unban when you'll grow up in your mind.
Would locking the thread prove you we don't care about having more posts in the forum?
