Spawning with particle items [Fixed]

all kinds of shit, neons, sirens snow, everybody is being automatically spawned with particles

really annoying... i hated it when it was optional and now i got no choice but to see it. can a scripter fix it please lol.

had a look at the code and it was a bit too confusing, pretty sure i'd break something if i tried fixing it :(
