Would be useful if there is some proof that game goes smoother on 560 cause all videos what you made with 460 were already smooth no lag no shit.So what is difference in FPS rate between those 2 cards in this game?

500 series is better optimized for gta 4 over the 400 series. it may seem the same in the video but it's a lot smoother when playing without fraps. textures load a lot better and everything just looks nicer, even the colour in-game looks nicer.
