Let help both my friends
Rick uninstall GTA:SA and SA:MP,delete "GTA San Andreas User Files" that exist in your My Documents.Go on "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games" if that folder still exist and delete it.Empty Recycle Bin,restart PC and Install again GTA:SA and SA:MP.That should fix your problem
About Log on Windows,go in SAFE MODE if you not sure what is that read this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315222 so go in SAFE MODE and go on Control Panel and found User Account part,start it and go to create a new account,when is done restart pc and try log in on new one what you made.
Back up your documents in that account from old what you used.If you are not sure how to do that read this text http://www.optimizingpc.com/install/useraccounts.html
When you are sure you back all data what is important for you go on Control Panel/User Account and delete old one what you used,restart pc.Well now you have new account with old documents what you used.

My harddisk crashed from my desktop pc...

Now i tried GTA SA(MP) on my new VISTA laptop but it doesn't start SAMP... everytime i try to run it i come into the Main Menu of the normal game.. I tried the patch(v2 --> v1) and also the compability mode.. neither the 1st nor the last thing worked..

Ok.. just wait till my old desktop pc comes back xD

Hi, after server RR i timedout ant now i can't join the game. When the screen with country appears samp crashes  :-\ Any ideas ?

They are allowed, but this sounds like a car component error.
