How about grid ppl in order of their quallify run?

 1.RESTART server
 
 2.Load timetrial 2 laps version of oval

 3.load main race

 4.people will be set in grid possitions in order of their quallify run time (2 laps previous trial)

should try this way?

would it also be good to disqualificat (Kick) the player out the track who made trouble last events?

give them chance, but strictly
blocking in such small track Martinsville = tempban
and driving backwards = same, tempban
