UPDATE/SUGGESTION

How about grid ppl in order of their quallify run?

 1.RESTART server
 
 2.Load timetrial 2 laps version of oval

 3.load main race

 4.people will be set in grid possitions in order of their quallify run time (2 laps previous trial)

should try this way?

give them chance, but strictly
blocking in such small track Martinsville = tempban
and driving backwards = same, tempban

that what we always do....

I think Max idea is more fair cuz drags is of ping and internet connection and when u do 2 ovals its poor on skills so Max idea is much better
