uhmm rightly banned i guess? [monitoring]

hm, while i'm not entirely satisfied with your explanation the only cheating that occurred happened on another ip by someone who knows you but most likely isn't you (since you were on at the same time). since i'd rather we only ban people that we're 100% sure have broken the rules, i think we should go with an unban. as long as you make sure whoever the cheater was on the other ip isn't allowed to use your ip/pc, then i'm happy.

it's confusing and suspicious yes but i think since wof's been using that ip for ages now, it's not like he reset his router and rejoined. there are 2 different people involved here.

1. Static ip means that u can't change.

Besides that you can be online twice, so why wouldn't he just be testing his hacks and looking with the other account? /spec maybe even recording.. fuck knows.
