I know this guy for 3 years from The-Fake. Sometimes he acts little bit crazy but for sure he won't cheat ever lol. We had no problems with him anytime since I was an admin there.
Also he said to me something about stupid ISP after Telenet bought cables so let him finish his side.

Oh topic open again,

So IP 213.118.66.187 is my little test server though  it's NOT MY ip but just running elsewhere
Reason why ip's are close cuz theres only 1cable isp(+1 shitty adsl one) so isp got lots of users with ranges 81.82.*.* 84.196.*.* 213.*.*.* 94.*.*.*  and as maybe u guys know ipv4 adresses are almost all used due to more internet devices n users so need more ip's = close ip's

Whatever u all think i'm tired of this

running elsewhere? who's in charge of it? and why were they pretending to be you? that ip is related to you in some way and you even admit it so we would just like a full explanation. the range 213.*.* has 65000 different ip ranges in it (255*255) so the chance of you randomly getting the same range as some ip that is nothing to do with you is ... well, 1/65000.

One thing i am sure about is that he didn't cheat. I know when I can trust somebody. I know him for too long.
I also know that his region has got fucked up IPs range be Telekom. But still... He needs to say more.
And yes. He had static IP.
