I have no idea.

Madmax might be on to something, for some reason One World races have an auto-repair timer.
Need to debug to find out more.

It doesn't look like a script fault to me though, but we'll see.
Agreed.
The thing is, every game has a limit of what can be done. With new things added every week, it's hard to say what is to blame.

during oneworld races when the race starts you get ahead of everyone by like seconds and then all of a sudden everyone catches up to you and you get rammed to pieces :(

How different is the code for normal to one world other than the grid? I don't get it. Surely it is just the number of grid positions?

mooman had an idea that oneworlds could be detected as normal grids with 100 player world limit maybe thatd stop the lag

Possibly. Good way to trick the server into thinking it's not one world.

So far though, it seems a lot better. Usually most one worlds have the catchup lag problem, but I haven't seen it this last 2 days.

If all else fails, we'll try edit a Catchup lag race to Normal grid, with 100 limit.
