What kind of mods is allowed on this server may i ask?

[MAF]Karlis:
texture mods
model mods if they are approved by our admin team(in one of the topics)
weapon models
hud mods
lag-reducing mods as long as they don't break usual fps limitations
sound mods
mods that have no effect on multiplayer, e. g. new singleplayer missions
