What is the Eifel Tower?

in this video you see the eiffel tower in the beginning: [youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pGjcp_VaJaM[/youtube] and the cars too, same place i took the photos, but day.
They were driving to the circuit, in a country road that had some small bumps (like some roads in LV xD) and they crashed into a tree or something, the motor and other stuffs were ejected out of the car. Here what was left from the car:
