if someone makes cps too, they suddenly became relatively easy, just time consuming.
as you probably know, mta has a last cp respawn feature once you die.

that option is cool, though it's useless on these races cause you get spawned halfway a ramp with no speed etc..

i was respawning with speed like on dirt3 flashbacks

both linear and rotation velocity is saved, as well as previous vehicle model, position, rotation.
if you get killed right after respawning, you get put even further back so there's really no way to fail totally, except ur loosing a lot of time.
