I don't know why my IP is banned. [UNBANNED]

Hi, my problem is unusual because i don't know why i have ban on my IP. I never played on this server, and i shouldn't have ban, but i have.
I hope someone can do something with that. I have SAMP 0.3c, my IP is: 77.254.183.65

Thanks for unban, sorry for impatience.
But i have 1 more question, why i got ban again? I can't login on server because i am banned again, what's going on? :(
I have played 2 days, and now i am banned again.

77.254.183.65 isn't on the ban list. Try rejoining, sometimes SA-MP says you're banned while your not (bug).

looks like your ip changed and you got another banned range :/

pretty strange why this one is range banned too when there's only one ban for it. it's been 2 years so unless someone has any objections, i'll remove this range ban as well?
