Heh, I did see an imporvement, but when something is new, it's easy to get carried away.

Added /plate CUSTOMISE and /plate UPDATE

UPDATE: Updates your current cars plate with your previous/account plate
CUSTOMISE: Help with the visual look of the plate (supports colour)

Kind of disappointed that we can't have custom cars (distributed by server) yet.
