Ramming in GTA IV races

Apparently there's a rule in IV mode where you are allowed to ram and block other players because you shoot a gun?

I don't like it and I think it's stupid, I hate being rammed. What about everyone else?

I agree with you. I don't ram in these races even when it's allowed.

they're so hectic, i sometimes do. But i guess it shouldn't be allowed.
