Good idea. I'd like to see something like this implicated.
Would it work by selecting an area within which CP's are randomly places?
Or the race maker setting a CP quota and placing the CP's themselves on
the map with the CP's appearing in a random order once the previous one
is passed through.
This presents the problem of needing a ridiculous amount of CP's being needed
to be placed so...perhaps that way won't work.
Perhaps a bunch of CP's determine the route on which CP's can appear or
a perimeter within which CP's can appear.
