i would like to know if it's possible to do something like "/paint hood [color id]" and paint different body parts of the car with different colors...
like, for example, white car with black hood...

impossible, unless you edit car model colours support

without mods, only Tampa and Clover can have hood in diffrent colours than rest

why not just make a /carcolour (id1) (id2).    (id2) is for cars with two colours, E.G Balista compact and shiz :)
