Everything is about popularity and how often they playing on server,you can clearly see nobody of people who fill their "cells" didnt count people who playing at night hours or diferent time zone

Yeah, sorry about that, didn't think about that when I posted it, only realised when people started to vote for their own clan, sorry :(
