Snoopy: banned with impossible time [Fixed]

that should be removed haha. and why do all of our races have autoban enabled.. how come? and when do you pull the trigger of it..
ps.: maybe it's a good idea to disable autoban till it's fixed?

It was quite dumb to add that, imagine a scenario when 40+ players are online, some guy makes a drag race with a stupidly high ban-time that everyone could go faster than and asks to test it when theres alot of players, and 40+ players all get banned...
