Race finish music [Fixed]

rrrrrrrrrrr, race finish music doesn't stop playing, even during the next race and the only way to turn it off is to rejoin the server.

lol Hate to piss on your chips, but that audio sound can't be coded with SA-MP. It's has a about 30 sounds you can use :|
