Well, if this were your first slip I would say: 1 month ban and after that probe that you don't have any mods of any kind in your game.

But this is the 2nd time you get caught so I don't think you should be allowed to play again at AX. Sorry that's my opinion.

And you can say anything about the first time like 'it was fault of the server', 'it was desync', 'Australia is in another hemisphere' or whatever. Autobans don't lie.
