It's a custom map, the video doesn't prove anything.
It's a motorbike, vehicle collision is slightly different to a 4 wheel vehicle. (wheelie).
It's larry, fair, honest, respectable guy.

For them reasons, I think you should unban him, give him the benefit of the doubt.
