Draft mode bugged

i see many (all?)  draft races turned to IV races

Ahh thanks Boots, I wondered why GTAIV was broken. It relates to this.

Fixed on next upload.

and on that infernus mta race with pit stop
you draft while accelerating (you get little speedboost every 0.5sec or something like that)
infernus accelerated a lot faster.

And dr"I"ft mode had a bug past day too, it was bombs race.
